Sunshine ABA Therapy is actively seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team in all regions. We offer FREE RBT training, competitive pay, and a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs.
As an RBT or Behavior Technician at Sunshine ABA Therapy, you will work closely under the supervision of our BCBAs to provide direct ABA therapy services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Your role will involve implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and assisting clients in developing essential skills across various settings, such as homes, schools, and community environments.

CLINICAL FIELDWORK SUPERVISION ASSITANCE FOR STUDENTS ATTAINING a M.S. in ABA
Here at Sunshine ABA Therapy, we understand receiving a diagnosis of autism can be overwhelming, that’s exactly why we strive to create a team of advocates full of support for our families and their rays of sunshine to serve our clients in their natural environments! We are in pursuit of acquiring quality Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to serve our clients. We understand graduate school can be grueling and oftentimes stressful as graduates often find themselves in a “what happens next” stage. Here at Sunshine ABA Therapy we offer placement as a BCBA in a region we serve to all of our clinical fieldwork students following graduation and passing of their board exams. We take the worry of “what's next” out so our students can focus on becoming the most qualified BCBA throughout their graduate program with Ouachita Baptist University.
What is Clinical Fieldwork Supervision Assistance & Placement for an M.S. in ABA?
Sunshine ABA Therapy will offer Clinical Fieldwork hours needed to take the BCBA exam and BCBA job placement to graduates of the Ouachita ABA graduate program who are employed full-time with Sunshine ABA Therapy. Through the utilization of a clinical fieldwork supervision assistance program, individuals who partner with Sunshine ABA Therapy and enter this program should achieve clinical fieldwork supervision financial assistance. Details regarding the fair market value of the supervision financial assistance schedule will be made available during the interview portion of the application process. Please note that the total amount of the supervision assistance will be solely on the fair market value of the current year.
Criteria to Apply
Applicant must complete 40 hours of RBT observation with at least 4 of those hours with the RBT being supervised by a BCBA and 20 of these hours in home based ABA therapy sessions by March 24th, 2023. The RBT and BCBA must sign off that the observation hours were completed. The signed form should be submitted upon submission of application.
Applicant must be accepted into and enrolled in the class beginning in August of 2023 at the Ouachita ABA graduate program.
Applicant must be a Registered Behavior Technician prior to starting the program in August 2023.

Applicant must affiliate with Sunshine ABA Therapy region as a full-time Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) throughout the academic program.
Applicant must remain in good standing at the academic institution as defined by Ouachita to qualify for continued assistance.
Applicant must meet clinical performance standards as outlined by Sunshine ABA Therapy.
Upon credentialing by the BACB, the applicant must work at full-time status for the duration of the three-year program as a BCBA at a Sunshine ABA Therapy region to receive assistance for the life of the supervision fees. The BCBA’s region shall be determined based on demand for services at the time of placement.
